Things to know about your stay

So that you know where the journey is going

We want you to spend your stay as relaxed as possible. To make sure there are no nasty surprises waiting for you, you can find out everything you need to know about your time out here.

Local tax

The local tax amounts to € 2.90 per guest and overnight stay. It is collected by the accommodation providers on departure and is shown separately on the invoice. Children and young people under the age of 14 are exempt from the tax.
The income from the local tax is used for the expansion and maintenance of infrastructure and services as well as for the organisation of cultural and sporting events.

Check-in and check-out

On the day of arrival our rooms are ready for occupancy from 12:00 noon.
Rooms must be vacated by 10:00 am on the day of departure.

Booking and prices

Our prices depend on the length of stay and the season. They are per person and day for the double rooms and suites (except the family suite and the double room for single use) and include the gourmet half-board. The local tax is charged separately.
Bookings and reservations are only possible and binding in writing.
For all bookings, payment in cash or by EC card is welcome.

For a double room for single use we charge a supplement of € 50 per day.

Cancellation

Free cancellation is possible up to 30 days before departure.
Up to 8 days before arrival 60 % will be charged.
From 8 days before arrival, in the event of early departure or no-show, 70% of the agreed price will be charged.

Children

Reduction for children in parents' room (with at least 2 full-paying adults with extra bed)

Children up to 6 years: free of charge
Children from 7 to 15 years: 70 % discount
Children aged 16 and over: 40 % discount

Meals

Room with breakfast: When booking a room with breakfast, € 10 per person per day will be deducted.
Half board: Our half board consists of a daily breakfast and dinner.

You have the option of booking the room with breakfast only and eating à la carte in our restaurant (for an extra charge).
Our restaurant is closed on Wednesdays, so dinner is cancelled and € 10 will be deducted from the daily price.
For a dinner not consumed, € 7 will be deducted if notified in good time.

Dogs

Your dog is welcome to stay with us by prior arrangement. We charge € 10 per day for this. Dog blankets and food are not provided.
